Frequently asked questions
What am I actually buying?
Lifetime access to the Starter plan, for a single payment of $149. Not access to every future plan, and not unlimited use — Starter’s own usage limits still apply. You just never pay for Starter again.
Why not just wait for the free plan?
You can. At launch there will also be a free plan with a tighter cap, no purchase required. This offer is for developers who already know a monthly Starter subscription is in their future and would rather pay once, now, at the founding price.
What happens right after I pay?
You get an email confirmation immediately. Stripe charges you once — nothing is stored for future billing. Your Starter access is active on your account right away, so you can connect a repo and trigger your first build the same day.
What if I never actually use it?
If you haven't triggered at least one build with your Starter access by December 31, 2026, you're refunded in full, automatically, no questions asked. Card payments go back through Stripe; crypto payments are returned to the wallet you paid from.
I paid with crypto — how do I get confirmed?
Email your transaction hash to contact@pkgr.app. We confirm it against the chain by hand and reply directly — no automated flow to get stuck in.
